Questions about pricing

What happens when a trial or paid period ends?
We remind you 7 days before it ends. If it isn't paid by then, your clinic keeps working for a 7-day grace period, and after that access pauses until payment.
How do we pay?
By bank transfer, cash or card. Careloop records each payment, and you can see your receipts in your clinic settings.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. You can move to another plan or billing length whenever you make a payment.
Which currency are prices in?
All prices are in Lao kip (LAK), per clinic.
