1. Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account or using Careloop you agree to these terms. If you use Careloop for a clinic, you confirm that you may accept them for that clinic.
If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What Careloop provides
Careloop lets clinics manage appointments, patient records, dental charts, treatment plans, billing and stock, and lets patients see their own care online.
We may improve, change or pause parts of the service. We will tell clinics in advance when a change affects how they work.
3. Accounts and access
Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
Clinic owners decide which staff can open which parts of the clinic's records, and are responsible for removing access when someone leaves.
4. Clinic and patient data
A clinic owns the records it enters and is responsible for having the right to enter them, including any consent a patient must give.
Careloop stores and processes that data on the clinic's behalf, only to run the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Careloop for anything unlawful, or to harm a patient or clinic.
- Try to read records you have no right to see, or to get around access limits.
- Upload malicious files, or overload or probe the service.
- Resell or copy the service without our written permission.
6. Not medical advice
Careloop is a record-keeping tool. It does not give medical advice, and it does not replace the judgement of a dentist. Treatment decisions stay with the clinic and its dentists.
7. Plans, fees and payment
Clinics pay the plan price shown when they sign up, for the billing length they choose. A free trial, where offered, ends on its stated date and the plan then continues unless the clinic cancels.
Fees are charged in Lao kip. Unless the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are not refunded for a period that has begun.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep Careloop available, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted or free of errors.
To the extent the law allows, Careloop is not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility for a claim is limited to the fees the clinic paid in the three months before it.
9. Ending your use
A clinic may cancel at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after warning the clinic where we reasonably can.
After an account ends, the clinic can ask for an export of its records for a reasonable period.
10. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms. When we make an important change we will tell you before it applies, and continuing to use Careloop means you accept it.
These terms follow the laws of Lao PDR. Questions about them: hello@careloop.la.
